About Us

Core Values

Here at Full Circle, our core values are at the heart of everything we do. They serve as a roadmap for our ongoing journey of continuous improvement and mission alignment.

Reliability

We stay up to date on the latest evidence-based women’s health treatments so you can count on high-quality care at every appointment. We listen carefully to you and take time to identify, treat and manage your health concerns.

Making a difference

As passionate women’s health advocates and health care professionals, we strive to empower women of all ages to live their best lives. We come to work to make a difference and we leave with a greater sense of purpose.

Patient-centered care

You are the expert of your own life. We collaborate with you to design a comprehensive, customized care plan that fits your lifestyle. And because you are always changing, your care plan will evolve with you over time.

Honesty

A strong patient relationship requires trust—and trust is built on a foundation of honesty. With our patients and each other, we are honest and truthful in all of our interactions and endeavours.

Micro-practice

Full Circle Women’s Clinic is an innovative clinic that has minimal staff besides our physician. This allows our physicians and physiotherapist to offer a personal experience, focusing on you and not the clock.

In our clinic, technology is key in order to offer efficient, patient-focused care. A commitment to use emails for appointment communication and online form completion is required.

When you arrive, please have a seat in the waiting room and your physician will greet you as soon as possible.

The meaning behind Full Circle

For thousands of years and across many cultures, circles have symbolized totality and wholeness.

At Full Circle, we offer complete holistic care from presentation of issues to resolution—from infertility to fertility.

Like you, our care is dynamic and ever changing. We honour every season and stage in the cycle of a woman’s life, shifting and meeting you exactly where you are.

Meet our staff

Dr. Ioana Solomon

Dr. Solomon. is a mother, physician and passionate advocate for women’s health. In 2020, she pursued her dream of opening Full Circle Women’s Clinic with the mission of empowering all women to live their best lives.

As a female doctor, she sees many women’s health issues go untreated simply because we’re afraid to discuss them. With Full Circle, it is her goal to provide a safe environment for you and the women in your life to express your concerns without judgment.

Dr. Solomon listens to her patients carefully, and sees every woman for the unique and complex individual she is. Together, we create an evidence-based treatment plan designed to fit your lifestyle, values and beliefs.

Dr. Ellise Morley

Dr. Morley is a mother, grandmother, physician, and passionate advocate for women's mental health. In 2025, she joins Full Circle Women's Clinic, uniting with Dr. Solomon’s mission to empower women to live their best lives.

Dr. Morley brings over 21 years of experience practicing family medicine in North Edmonton and has now transitioned to a specialized focus on women's mental health. Her clinical interests include menopause, sleep disorders, panic disorder, and anxiety disorders in women of all ages.

She integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) into her practice, drawing on evidence-based strategies to help patients manage and overcome mental health challenges. Dr. Morley is committed to creating a safe, supportive space where women feel heard, understood, and empowered to improve their mental well-being.

PT Jenna Truelove

Jenna is a mother, physiotherapist and passionate advocate for women’s pelvic health. She began her journey into pelvic health in 2013, a time when access to pelvic physiotherapists was limited. Since then, she has been dedicated to helping women better understand their bodies and access effective, evidence-based care.

Jenna has completed specialized training in pessary fitting. While pessaries can be an effective treatment option for pelvic organ prolapse and urinary incontinence, access through Alberta Health Services often involves lengthy wait times. Physiotherapists trained in pessary fitting can help bridge this gap in care, providing women with timely access to treatment that can improve quality of life.

Jenna has experience working with women of all ages and stages of life, including pregnancy and postpartum to menopause and beyond. She strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment where women can feel comfortable discussing concerns that can often be difficult to talk about. She believes that pelvic health concerns should never be accepted as a normal part of life and is passionate about helping women find solutions that allow them to return to the activities they love with confidence.
